Return Policy

Returns

Customer may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and will receive a full refund less shipping. We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

In order for you to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number and shipping instructions from CustomerService@VitaminAisle.com. RMA requests are only honored if received within 7 days of the receipt of the order. We must receive returns within 30 days of the date of issue of the RMA number.

No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.

    When returning the package please include the following information:
  1. Full name and address
  2. Phone number
  3. Original Order Number
  4. The reason for returning the merchandise
  5. RMA number
Once your order is returned with all of the proper information, we will credit your credit card account (less any restocking or shipping fees if applicable) and notify you.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please send an email to CustomerService@VitaminAisle.com within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, VitaminAisle.com is not responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
